This fast-track project is one of four arms of a multifamily residential project, including this park-adjacent arm housing an assisted living facility with an in-house clinic. The location, on the Inn river, offers the residents access to the landscaping and views of the mountains. |

| Of great importance was access to the fresh air and views, even for those confined to a room or wheelchair. Each room on the park side has a private balcony which adds to the visually imposing character of the facade. The bright color was chosen to provide a vibrant contrast to the green of the park beyond. |
