(Metropolitan Research& Design). Based on a design process using the structures of scenario planning, commonly used in business development and risk management, to develop both a design and business development concept for the internationally known ACE GALLERY.
 
  The process entails collecting data as to the physical and virtual nature of art and exhibition - revealing driving forces and critical uncertainties; discovering strengths, weaknesses, oportunities and threats - then applying the information to generate design scenarios for potential strategic developmental moves of
